I've never been with a home warranty company that actually covers anything. AHS does! I never have to fight with them over claims. Their webs site is simple and easy to use. I have access to reliable service people for a decent fee. It's hard to believe, but it seems this home warranty company is actually doing their job and protecting me. Happy thus far and planning on renewing if all continues to go well.
