Everyone has been very kind and I appreciate the immediate responses! I am incredibly impressed how quickly the plumbing issues was addressed AND taken care of. I live in an area with limited business resources, between two major cities with many resources. Trying to find a provider for needed repairs is cumbersome. American Home Shield has access to providers that will service my area, saving me time, and they have covered several needed repairs with only the deductible out of pocket at the time of service. I am very pleased with the coverage.
