I appreciate being able to cover everything in my house under one warranty. It would be a 5, but I'm on a limited income, and a lower monthly rate or a lower per job cost would be better.
They seem to use top notch repair and installation companies.

I have had my home warranty for almost 2 years and enjoy the peace of mind knowing I won't be hit with a huge expense for an appliance, or home system, repair. I have used it twice for a dishwasher repair and furnace repair. The process to request service was very simple and the repair people were professional and complete the repair in a reasonable amount of time.
