When directly dealing with Am Home Shield has been good experience. It's the firms they send out to do our repairs is what concerns me. They come and they go without any documentation showing what they have accomplished or noting what may be future upcoming repairs.
Job gets done but slowly. Some service contracts you have are from differing towns up to 2 hours away.
The service request is convenience. The techs that were sent were excellent. They are courteous, efficient, and most of all very good at what they do.

Wait time for service I've had to push out of pocket just to get timely service
For requests during business hours they are super fast! We have been very pleased with it and feel it is worth the money.

We’ve had to submit 3 claims to AHS in the last year and a half. AHS quickly responded, arranging for a service technician to look at the problem within 2-3 days. All problems were resolved to our satisfaction, although we did have to wait on replacement parts to be ordered and shipped.
