As promised In our contract the item needing to be fixed was in a timely manner.
We only had to use them one time, but everything went very well. Our ac was giving us a lot of trouble and they had someone out the next day.
It was getting warm in here. On Time Plumbing & Heating came in and they were fine. He just put the Freon in and left. It's been great since they've been out. It's nice and cool now.
The person that came was great. He has been to my daughter's house too and was very knowledgeable and very nice.
The AC unit kept trying to run but it would not start and we have a Nest thermostat that was showing that it was trying to cool constantly running but it wouldn't. The temperature in the house was not dropping. Then we got a notice from our power company saying our power usage was way up so that was when we called and made the claim. 5 Star Home came out in about three days and part of that was because of our schedule. They did great and it was about 45 minutes. The guy fixed the unit and the house was cooling.
The air conditioning unit quit blowing cold air. All Comfort did an awesome job. The tech was quick to figure out what was the problem and he got it resolved real quick. He was real friendly. It turned out that condensation on the air conditioning unit went into an overflow and that overflow started to fill up. At that level, it will shut it off, so it won't overflow into your house. Generally good service, but sometimes they can be picky about what they allow to be serviced. Be sure to read your contract carefully to know what you are paying for!!
My experience has been excellent with American Home Sheild. They give me piece of mind just in case something happens with appliances, plumbing or elecrical issues
