Home Shield has always been responsive when I've called with a problem, however , my experience with Next Day Air has been a problem with communication . I will call & explain .

Takes a very long time to get thing's done
When our water heater started leaking we were able to get it repaired within the week. We appreciated AS helping to get it done so quickly
