it was easy to file a claim for my dishwasher, the company called me the next day and came to my house within 4 hours. They ordered the needed part and completed the work the same day the part was received

The techs are hard to understand, they do not speak English very well. I had some issues with the contractor that was assigned to repair my appliance.
The customer service representatives have always been extremely helpful.
