They take way too long to take care of service call

Good. Took a whole on furnace parts. Plumber was a bit quirky. Not creepy, but, different. A little like he didn't really want to do job.

I'm yet waiting for someone to return my call about s work order
I was very happy with them until they refused to replace a broken air-conditioner hose.
I definitely enjoyed the ability to request service! My only suggestion would be to have the choice of service providers because the first vendor was not available for mid/highrises but the request automatically goes to that vendor.
