A-US Air Conditioner of Texas came out for our AC issue. They were on time and did a good job. The service of AHS has been fine as well. However, it would've been nice if there is a box to tick online if the claim is for an emergency. Our claim was handled quickly and fortunately, I was able to contact the company directly to make sure that they knew. I will be renewing my contract with AHS.
The washer was throwing some error codes on the display. My wife called Home Shield's 800 number and everything was pretty clear. It was a pretty good experience. Home Shield said the contractor would be out in three days. That seemed to be standard, but relatively quickly. Pro Services came and was very polite, and was in and out very quickly. Everything went smoothly and I'm very happy with it. We have clean clothes now. That was our third service call and we have been very happy with all the results we have received.
I ALWAYS RELY ON AAMERICAN HOME SHIELD WOULDN'T DO WITH OUT.
Aaron Pools came out and replaced the seal on my pool pump. I have to call back because they replaced the lid on there but it's still leaking water. But it is working right now. The claim went pretty good. So far, American Home Shield has taken care of all the issues that I have had with them. I've had them for a couple years now.
The plumbers who came out to fix our garbage disposal were extremely professional, courteous and competent. They accomplished the job in a short amount of time. Now, we have a brand new garbage disposal, replacing a very old one that was here when we bought the house almost 20 years ago.
We had an issue with the garbage disposal. I submitted a claim online to AHS. Their website was faster than trying to get an agent on the line. When I submitted it, it said that a contractor would call me within 48 hours. The contractors came and they did a pretty good job. I didn't have any complaints about them. Everything is working since then. I haven't had any problems. I have good experience with AHS as well.
I've had American Home Shield for about 15 years and it's easy to submit a claim to them. Their contractors come out within 24 hours. Recently, Sun Powered Solutions came and fixed my swamp cooler. They were very prompt and pretty much on the timeframe that they gave me. They guy was in and out within 15, 20 minutes.
The spring on the motor part broke and the garage door was half up and half down. The garage door had to be manually put down until the guy from Hometown Garage Doors came. We don't have a lot of garage door opener repair people around here and he came from Oklahoma City. He called me the day before to ask me a good time to come and then, whenever he asked me what it was doing and I told him, he said that he knew exactly what he needed to bring with him. The dryer wouldn’t turn on and my daughter called the claim with American Home Shield in. Then we were told when the contractor would come and they came. The dryer is working now. I had American Home Shield before years ago. They've gotten much more expensive but so far, the experience has been all right.
