American Home shield is everything I wanted and expected in a home warranty. Since switching from another home warranty, that I won't name, I am happy to say that I truly made the right choice. All of my service needs have been met with absolutely fantastic service and professionalism from the initial contact until the problem has been resolved. Definitely worth the amount spent for top notch coverage.

Not all service people are knowledgeable in their field

Service is excellent but plan prices are much higher than the competiters. This will force me reconsider not to renew plans with AHS for all my six properties.roperties.
