I have an issue twice where I needed to call AHS. Customer Service Representatives we're very tentative to my issues and went above and beyond to help find someone to repair the issue right away.

Response time is generally excellent, depending on the assigned vendor. Just be sure ALL required repairs for a particular trade vendor are requested at the initial service request. The vendor will not do anything other than what is on their work order, no matter how small.

Your part was ok, you notified SOS services and it took them a week to check my microwave, that was almost a week ago and haven't heard from then since. Also made a request for my washer again, and same company was notified and I have never heard from them on that request.
Always good customer service and great service from repair companies. Not sure about how my bill keeps going up without me being informed or calling me for renewal.
The gentleman was professional prompt polite and knowledgeable
