My daughter filled out a claim form online and submitted it to American Home Shield regarding our refrigerator issue. Somebody from there responded and they sent Omega Force Appliance Repair out to fix the issue. So far, she has had no trouble when she submitted her claim when her refrigerator, ice dispenser and water dispenser stopped working. I just had another claim two weeks before. And as soon as that company heard about my issue, they contacted me. On the other hand, InterTech put the warranty contract on the back burner because I had to call them to see when I could get on the schedule. Last year, I had an issue and it took them forever to resolve it. So, I'm not really keen on them as a company. But the individual that they sent was delightful. I have 2 homes. I tried AHS after I purchased my second home as I was so displeased with my first home warranty company. We are older, so we’ve used and tried many different warranty companies over the last 20 years. AHS is the best of all that we’ve tried. We’ve experienced electrical, plumbing, hot water heater, and garage door repairs with AHS. All of their contractors in the Houston area are first rate! Everything is done right the first time. Thank you AHS for taking care of my homes and most valuable investments!
The technician from The Supreme Service Group came out for our washing machine and dryer as it wasn’t washing my clothes. He repaired it the same day and he was professional. The appliance is working way better now than it was in the beginning. Everything is good now.
I got through a pretty good process when I submit claims to American Home Shield. Recently, their contractor A.G. Plumbing came to my place to replace a faucet. They got to me around a week after I submitted a claim.
AHS is truly outstanding. I’ve had other home warranty services but AHS is by far the greatest. Customer service is great either by phone or using their we support. Constantly in contact to make sure service is being done or completed. If you choose AHS you will not be disappointing.
We live in an older home and things happen. My husband doesn't know electrical stuff and anything like that. So, it's nice to know that we can call American Home Shield. One of the things our garage door needed wasn't covered, but it is what it is. Also, I had to have my cooktop replaced and the contractor came out and ordered it. When they got here, they said it was not gonna fit because there was this piece of wood in here. That needed to be cut out and the contractor doesn't do any of the carpentry work. The air conditioner stopped cooling and Peycor came out. It needed some Freon and then they changed out the thermostat box on the wall. If this ever happened, I don’t know why I had never gotten Peycor before. Professional, kind, efficient, on time, honest, fair. They were just perfect people. Overall, I love AHS. Keep up the great work.
My dishwasher wasn't emptying and after I called American Home Shield, they assigned someone to me. The assigned contractor called me within 24 hours, and said they would be here the following day. She was here at 8 o'clock that morning and she was very good. She took care of the issue and I have not had a problem with the dishwasher since she came.
