Its ok. Outside of the $100 fee you have to pay every time you make a claim. The response time for their services is quick and easy.
I have had only one time where I have used American Home Shield services. It was a great experience. The repairman called me soon and made an appointment. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He ordered parts and was out fixing the problem as soon as he got them. It was a great all around experience.
