They are quick to respond and have been a blessing throughout the years. I would give them five stars if they covered cost of Freon, my AC has given me a few problems over the years and the last one was $1240 out of pocket for me.

Just found out if your heating and air is an older unit, you all do not replace or even give a discount on a new one!
All my issues have been taken care of quickly, either fixing or replacing.

Good hassle free coverage. Just wish service calls were cheaper as it can sometimes defeat the purpose of a warranty for smaller repairs.
