We like the company and the services. Some of their contractors are awful and don't want to work. Thankfully they are far and few between. The ones who want to do a good job are professional and efficient at their job. I dont want to put anyone off. Just be aware. Call AHS back and they will make sure you are taken care of. I have had several home warranties and this is hands down the best company.

I've had good luck with requesting a service call, but the couple times I've had to call in, it was a nightmare. The longest hold times I've experienced in years.
American Home Shield (AHS) has been responsive to my requests for repairs. The assigned repair companies and their technicians weee appropriately chosen responded in prompt manner.

Quality contractors with prompt service. They also adhere to their policy that if an appliance can't be fixed, they will replace it. They've replaced our oven and washing machine.
