I like the one time charge policy. I wish service people could carry parts & do repair
Our Realtor suggested American Home Shield during our process of buying. I just moved into this house a little over a year ago. They assigned Advanced Comfort Solutions for a service request we made. On Time Plumbing came out for our plumbing problem and they were very good. They made things back to normal.
The AC technician is very knowledgable. He checks the entire system to make sure it is working properly. He also makes helpful recommendations. I love my home warranty. Easy to use and file a claim.
Excellent and quick fix to our AC problem during heat wave. It take a bit longer for the appointment to occur-thought at least 24-28 hours, it was one week for the appointment and I have an ill granddaughter that lives with me and requested an earlier visit but it did not happen so I had to send her to another location.
The contractor from Cecil and Sons communicated well. He was here during the time that he said he was gonna be here. I had no issues, and the AC is working now. It was working before, but it wasn't pumping cold air. I just thought I was just hot and the heat was rising to the top of the house because I was always upstairs. The handle was broken on my dishwasher. A filter also needed to be replaced on my refrigerator. The water was coming out very cloudy and we didn't know what was going on. I called American Home Shield. Then I received a call from who was going to be coming out and told me the time of arrival. We had the Appliance Guys come out and they took care of everything. Micheal was excellent. He arrived on time, was quick, through, and even corrected little things where the previous installer had cut corners. We could not be happier. We would absolutely call him again.
Hospitality Heating and Air was a triple A vendor, so they were helpful and on the mark. They had a little delay though. The appointment time got delayed two days because they had an employee who didn't show up for work. They also had a little bit of trouble getting the unit, an electrical problem, but they got it figured out and the unit is working now. I give them an A-minus.
