I'm historically a skeptic of additional insurance/warranties for cars, homes, etc. Our realtor convinced us to do it. I have not ever had a home warranty. We have been happy with the responsiveness and resolution to multiple issues.

Good. Easy to get service done. Service companies call the next day. Wait time for parts is a little long, especially when it involved no heat in the middle of the coldest winter.
