After we had problems with our dryer for the 2nd time in a month they quickly got a repairman out to fix the dryer

My experience with American Home Shield has been 90% positive. They answer the call at all times and are very respectful. During the call they keep up to date at all time. Only issue has was when my fridge was leaking water. the part was on back order and they didn't know when it would be available. So had to insist on getting a resolution because it has been more than 21 days. So it took a while to get to some one with authorization to approve on getting a new fridge because there was no other solution.

Getting my refrigerator repaired has been quite an ordeal. 2+ weeks our we finally heard that the repaired was approved and parts were ordered. Now to wait on the parts and installation.
