The American home shield representative was acting Very fast after I posted the service request. I got email response the next day regarding the service arrangements. I then got further reminder the day prior to the scheduled service. I even got notices when the service person is on the way to my home. It was an excellent service.

When your email says sign up for a free furnace inspection, then you charge me $100 that is not free. However, you representative was able to get that reversed so that is why you got a 3 instead of a 1
Hot water heater technician couldn’t fulfill. Had to get another plumber
