They don't have their own technicians so have to use who they send. Fortunately they used Cascade Plumping (George) for one of my issues and he was great
The trade people they have sent to my home have been professional, competent, and responsive. The website that AHS uses is not very friendly. That could be improved. Also, long hold times for phone contact continues to be the norm. That could definitely use 8mprovement.

We like the company and the services. Some of their contractors are awful and don't want to work. Thankfully they are far and few between. The ones who want to do a good job are professional and efficient at their job. I dont want to put anyone off. Just be aware. Call AHS back and they will make sure you are taken care of. I have had several home warranties and this is hands down the best company.
Great the plumber was extremely helpful and professional.
