The service guys Fixed the leak and were pleasant
So far, they have helped me tremendously and I would recommend American Home Shield to anybody. If I have a problem, they come out and they repair the problem or take care of it. Sometimes they have to replace an appliance, and sometimes they don't, but the only thing I have a problem with is them answering the phone. I have to hold the phone and wait until somebody comes on. The AC would turn off when the fan motor got overheated and the technician checked it. He said that the fan motor wasn’t that bad. It turned out that the capacitor was blown out. Everything is good with American Home Shield but I've been shopping around. I don't know if paying 600 a year is worth it or not and I would recommend people to shop around for other types of insurance.
