I bought the house 22 years ago and everything is going wrong now. It seems like everything is breaking and it looks like I'm having to replace my appliances one by one. One of the ovens wasn't baking. I sent in a claim over the internet and their website worked out great through this time. It was an older unit and they would have to order a part. But the contractor was fantastic. It works like a brand new oven, just the circuitry was repaired.
