only issue was nit having a plumber in our area and given a very long list of those we couldn't use, we didnt have time to call everyone to try and find someone who would drive to our location to give a quote and wait for authorization. we ended up paying out of pocket and fighting with AHS to get our deductible back. The process was stressful and the only reason we wont renew.
Worked very well was quickly accomplished and done professioally

Frustration with return phone calls to advise me what American Home Shield will do and how they will proceed with repairs or replacement. It was one week between the time the service man came and assessed the problem until I finally received a call from AHS with their options. I chose the payout rather than wait 6 weeks for parts to arrive; it has been another week, and I still haven't received the funds promised me for my washing machine.
Service was the best reason for this experience. The contractor was knowledgeable and when additional concerns needed to be address, they did so promptly.
