All claims take a long time to resolve, I've been with out A/C for.almost 1 month and it's almost triple digits
Mixed bag. One claim was done well. I called, they sent a guy, he fixed it, case closed. Meanwhile, I was told I had to find an A/C person myself to do the annual checkup. The bizarre thing is the guy they sent for the other claim (plumbing) primarily does HVAC for them, and they told me they didn't have any people in the area. Very tough to understand.
Dependable and fairly easy to get service scheduled.
