took over 1 month to fix small electrical problems - after a competent technician arrived, he was done in 20 minutes
Promptness in addressing request. Have had problem with payment. On three separate occasions AHS has indicated payment has not been made when in fact it had. Required follow up with AHC to insure correct payments were recorded.
Over all customer service is good. But the information update require update if you call on Monday Tuesday wednesday. What happened on Monday cannot understand on wedenday. They have to update clear information for each call.
