We have had coverage with American Home Shield for many years. Time after time they have resolved the issues. We have had some warranty issues and not warranty issues with our home. It is comforting to know AHS did not hesitated to resolve our issues. Thank you
DNB fixed a broken drainage pipe in my bathtub. The technician was very charming and very nice. He did a great job. It was pretty simple to submit the claim to American Home Shield and the contractor came out the next day. I recommend American Home Shield all the time.

Appliance Brothers came out and they fixed my issue. They were friendly, and they called to see if they can come early. We had them earlier. The problem was our oven. They said there was a burnt connection, which wasn't allowing the bake function to work. They were able to fix it on site. They just repaired the connection.American Home Shield has been great. We got American Home Shield when we bought the condo and we kept it after that because some of the appliances are older and it's easier this way. We've had them for 2 years now. They replaced the stove once. Recently, Whirlpool came out and the tech really knew what he was looking for. The dryer wasn't heating up and he came in, pulled it out and checked the fuse. There was a warranty on the home when we bought it but it was with another company and I wasn't too thrilled with them. I decided to go with American Home Shield because they seemed to have a pretty good reputation. I googled them online and checked all the references and what people had to say about them.
