My. Refrigerator went out and I chose replacement . It was going to cost more to fix and take longer, so i went to Lowes, bought a new one, it was a delivered the next sand thenAmerican Home Shield sent mr a check for their part.

Fairly good. Only one issue, and it's a BIG one. Three weeks without air conditioning. No reason for that!! Customer service has been extremely slow. In addition to that, the customer service agent couldn't explain why the "out of pocket" price was so high. Stated that I needed to contact the air conditioning company and ask "why the charges are so high"? When I contacted the company and asked that very question, it was simply that my policy didn't cover the refrigerant. Why couldn't American Home Shield tell me that? It wou... read more
