Limited number of companies/3rd vendors with bad reviews work with AHS. If the repair is simple and easy, then there will not be any problem. If the technician can not repair, then he looks to find a big problem to prove there is no coverage. In the contract, it is mentioned that if they can not repair an appliance, they should replace it.
