The turn around time to replace my defective range was very fast

they do send out technicians but wont just let the technicians fix properly. we usually have to call them out several time, and its not the service companies fault it is AHS.
The work we’ve had so far was good, however, I have a problem with paying $100 for every service call. I‘be had other appliance coverage and did not have pay a healthy maintenance fee.
They've helped me with my appliances and systems.

All of our home repair issues have been successfully resolved by American Home Shield. The techs have been knowledgeable and capable and nice. The biggest negative is that service takes longer to be scheduled than if hiring service normally, and our dishwasher replacement took a very long time. However, we think that is to be expected for home warranty service. The main thing is that repairs have been successful.
