Had A/C problems and they sent out a reliable company and fixed our A/C within 2 days.
I entered a service request on-line and they handled everything! Almost felt like, "really??!! This is too easy. Although with supply chain issues, I did have to wait several weeks for a new heat pump which was covered entirely except for uncovered services. I was very pleased to say the least.
