Once you call to make a claim, it takes forever to get through. Also, you're constantly talking to the automated system and they keep referring you back to the main menu. If we could change that and expedite this, that would be great. I had a problem with the shower stall. The handle on the faucet completely broke and we couldn't turn off the water so I had to turn off the water to the whole unit. Our AC claim went great. We were so satisfied. It happened on a Friday and we're here in Arizona. It was like 108 degrees. I've had friends who have had to wait days to get someone out for their air conditioning. Originally, American Home Shield couldn't get someone out until Monday. We got a whole weekend. So we called American Home Shield back and said we needed someone to come out that day.
