Our AC went out, during a week that got over 100° almost daily. I requested service on line, and it was simple, user friendly and easy, we had a contractor contact us with an appointment, within 20 minutes, for the following day. She was on time, well knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. And our AC seems to work, better than ever! Getting this type of service, is very rare these days, and it was much appreciated!
My son has American Home Shield so I got them, too. Recently, Air Doctor came out and they had the part with them. It was a very good service. I probably used them at least 2 or 3 times and they were very good.
I have AHS on my home and my moms. It has paid for itself repeatedly! Quality contractors and great benefits.
Silver Star Appliances came on behalf of American Home Shield for my refrigerator claim. The tech needed a part and so we had to order it. Prior to this claim, I've had a garage door issue and a thermostat issue that I've filed claims for with AHS and those claims went fine. Home Shield was well worth the money. Their process was quick and easy. And there were no hidden charges. An electrician was available almost immediately. And the electrician was thorough, friendly, and fixed the problem

My AC was working but it wasn't cooling. I submitted a claim online to American Home Shield and found their website to be very efficient. Everything was smooth. They said their contractor Cool Image Heating & AC would be out by the following business day. They came and were in and out of my backyard within 30 minutes. Things have been great since they came. I've already recommended AHS to my in-laws and my brother.
I had a breaker that kept blowing. A Good Connection Electric came out and they had to rewire a wire on the outside of my house that went to the garage. They did great. Submitting claims with American Home Shield is super easy. I just do it online. I dealt with two different electricity companies, and they were both great.
American Home Shield sent Greenway Home Services out for my AC. The unit froze up completely, and it was not pushing out any cold air. There was no air movement coming out at all. Usually when that happens, I know enough to turn it off because it’s gonna burn up the compressor. So, I turned it off for 24 hours and then turned it back on, and everything seemed to be running fine.
