So far it's been hassle free warranty claims and the people who have come out to do repairs have been doing good.
Fixed my LG refrigerator without any hassle
My experience with the various contractors they use has been excellent. As long as you don't mind waiting a couple of days (which is the case even when dealing directly with the contractor) they are consistent, reliable, and the contractors they use fully understand the expectations.
Everything has been great so far. Quick and easy. My only complaint would be the excessive hold time when trying to connect with customer service. My last wait was over 20 mins. Other than that no complaints thus far.

AHS is a decent home warranty company. I have used them to refer me to many reputable companies that have serviced my townhouse. $75 service calls give you a piece of mind that you will not be hit with an expensive unscheduled repair.
The customer service was very good. The only thing that bothered me was having to pay 100 everytime for a house call
