I have had only 1 situation where the first contractor did not fix my problem and AHS sent another and they figured out the problem.
Tech was prompt, courteous, an d knowledgeable. Had the appliance fixed in about 15 minutes.
Every time I have had an issue there has been a prompt, experienced and courteous tradesperson out to fix it - fast and right!
They were not able to find a plumber when I needed one
Have made 3 claims. 2 were fine. Still waiting on a job to be finished. It's been 3 months.
