My air conditioning was not working and it was very warm -- 85 degrees plus outside. I submitted a claim and within 1 day the repairman came and it was luckily a simple fix for him. He told me himself how great American Home Shield is-- they don't argue with him over costs when something is clearly needed. This was my first claim and I'm very satisfied.

I was not able to get a plumber through AHS. The person you assigned never got back to me. I got frustrated and hired a plumber, it cost me 1200.00 to have my water heater replaced.
