So far it's been great. The service very professional.
It was hard to get someone to discuss an issue with coverage. I was unable to download the contract to find out for myself. I had 1 covered claim and they responded quickly.
Prompt response from AHS, the contractor showed up the very next day, within 18 hours !! The one time I used my previous warranty company, it took 4 days, with no A/C , in Las Vegas, in August !!! AHS was very responsive, and I appreciate THAT !!
The associates are usually nice, the service is provided quickly, but every year is more expensive plus the deductible is too expensive as well.
Claim was taken care of quickly with no issues.
The whole experience was seamless. The person who came to do the job was very nice. He went above and beyond in explaining the issue and the fix.
