It is easy to set appointment online. Response is prompt. All companies that AH has sent were very knowledgeable quickly diagnosing the problem and repairing the appliance.

The initial inquiry for a technician to come out was easy. The company that came to install the hood vent could not do so due to an outlet issue. Issue was fixed but I had to call various numbers to get another technician out. Wait times over 30 min.
The technician was prompt and helpful. He seemed extremely knowledgeable and. I'm very satisfied.
