I wasn't quite convinced initially how it would work - I did have neighbors recommending it so I signed up. I def. do not regret it. The claims process was a 2 min process, adding your device needing service, adding your availability, phone and/or email - Submit. I was contacted within 24 hours and had the machine looked at three or four days later. The machine unfortunately couldn't be repaired because the manufacturer stopped producing the parts and I've received an email for reimbursement after new item purchase in no tim... read more
