When my toilet was loosened, there was a misunderstanding at the beginning between AHS and the contractor. However, the guy who came was amazing, courteous, professional, and did a great job. My toilet got fixed. AHS has never given me a hassle about anything that was wrong. I just paid my deductible and that was it. They are also really fast. Even emergency-wise one time with the air conditioner, they got that taken care of right away. Here living in Arizona when it gets into the 100s, it was very appreciated.
I like AHS. So far, the service I've gotten has been really good. However, every time I call them, the customer service would take a minimum of 40 minutes. Now that I work from home, I just turn on the phone, I sit there and do my work. The right thing should be the customer leaving a message and AHS calling the customer back. When the whole line was freezing on my AC, the contractor came here to fix it. Now I don't see any freezing anymore.
American Home Shield's personnel were very polite and efficient when handling my claim. There heating and cooling contractor showed up on time and was a consummate professional who was in and out in no time. I just wish the warranty covered more of the cost of the required coolant.
Everything went wonderful with my recent claim with AHS. The contractor was great. He knew what he was doing. They came out right away, like the day after ’cause they had to go around my schedule. But after they ordered the part, it was about a week. He had to order a whole new ice bucket because the thing in there that makes the ice smaller broke. They did it really quickly. I now have an ice maker that works. I’m very happy with their service.
I had to have an electronic panel and I needed the one where the buttons are that you program your dishwasher. The guy from Mr. Fix It explained everything that he did. He was very prompt coming, cleaned up his mess, and took all of it with him. He did a fabulous job and was very informative. I have a professional grade dishwasher and refrigerator, the Frigidaire. I'm not sure what we would have done if we didn't have a warranty with AHS. Since we purchased our home we have had multiple appliances fail, including the central AC and got water heater. Thankfully everything was covered!

Bestway Mechanical came out for a plumbing repair. I was very pleased with the tech. We had three problems. One was our shower leaked from the handle. And the second one was that underneath our sink, the pipe was leaking in our kitchen. And the third one was that we had a stopper that had come out. They came out and they fixed it. But it wasn't quite fixed. The tech came back out and he said, “I realized also, you've got a cracked handle here. I got my AC unit when I moved in at the beginning of September of 2019. I knew that the unit had been older and some upgrades were gonna be happening soon. I had a couple of issues with heat in the winter but with the summer, everything was working okay. Then one day, there was no cool air coming out. So, I got someone to come out.
