Had a work order, they came, a week later still had the problem. Booked another work order, not knowing to just call the company direct. It took over 2 (two) hours on the phone to get the second service call payment removed.
Customer service is good. Only two real criticisms. Pricing is a tad expensive, and contractors sometimes a little slow to respond. But the work gets reliably done. On the upside, their coverage is very good and ceilings on major systems replacement like furnace and AC are also very good.
