Because you're a fast and friendly and did a great job and communication and solving the problem in a timely manner.
I enjoy the convenience of being able to request a service and it get scheduled quickly. Communication hasn't been very fast or clear, however, especially when trying to talk to call staff who clearly aren't native English speakers.
We got our refrigerator repaired well - but - we are still waiting on our hot water heater
while the water tank is replaced in reasonable time. They replaced it with a low quality product that does not heat up as hot as the previous unit.
The response to our plumbing issue was immediate.
