The pricing goes up every year although having the service to fix appliances is very convenient no matter how old the appliances are

I needed A/C repair in June...AHS was unable to find someone to help me and I ended up finding my own repair person. They told me they would refund the $80+ money I paid to make the appt. I not received it ! Also, no local repair companies would work under AHS because every time you call, you have to wait online for over an hour. This is true, I did it 4 times !
Never followed up after the first visit; I had to call back to get my issue taken care of
I have been a member of American Home Shield for many years and I am very satisfied with there service , and professional staff. Keep up the great work.
