Last January a service order for our heating boiler was not fulfilled and then it was lost. Other interactions have been fine.
I had an issue with my refrigerator; it stopped cooling. I submitted a service request and someone came out. My fridge was deemed not repairable. 3 days later, I received lowes e-gift cards with the money to purchase a replacement. I also had the option to have AHS replace it with installation, but I went with lowes because they had the replacement I wanted. They didn't give any hassle about paying for the replacement.
