We scheduled a tune up for our furnace. When they got there they told us we needed a part because the furnace wasn't working effectively. They knew exactly which part. Instead of just ordering it-they told us to put a work order in with HSA. The next company came out and we had to pay another $100 so they could order the same part. Then we had to schedule another appointment to install the part. 3 visits later and $175 we were complete.

The sub contractors are truly professional, even when dispatched to a product they are not authorized to repair. My recent experience with my Florida water to air heat pump is a classic example.The technician advised me upon arrival that he was heating and cooling trained, but never worked on a geo thermal unit. Fortunately the unit was intermittent and has worked fine for the past week. I have used this companyy for major appliance repairs in the past and both times the diagnostics and repairs were flawless.

Have had to call them on a couple of issues after moving in to my new place. they had a vendor contact me that same day. Fast service.

I was worried about jumping through a lot of hoops, but AMS was the easiest experience I can imagine. I contacted them on a Monday, had an appointment with a repair person on Tuesday. The washing machine couldn't be repaired, so I selected a brand new replacement on Wednesday. The following Wednesday, the new washer was delivered and installed.
