After reporting a broken exterior faucet required shutting off my main water supply . The plumbing company used by AHS did not have emergency or weekend options, so I had to cancel the request & hire a NON AHS plumber to complete the faucet repair.
The refrigerator was finally installed, but they didn't remove the old one. Was told they would.

I'm not sure which feedback is for.... I had my refrigerator go out and a leaky A/C unit. I contacted AHS on both mornings and the company's both got in contact with me the same day.
