The repair company did an excellent job of fixing my drainage issue, however, the delay from the time I initiated the service request from AHS to when the company completed the repair took 3 days. I actually had to call AFS to find out the status of my claim instead of being updated from them.
Have had it since 2017 and whenever there has been an issue they are prompt to resolve it and in constant communication. Very happy with the service.
