The process of submitting claims with AHS is not bad although sometimes I get frustrated when I can't talk to a person. But they answered right away the day I called regarding an issue with my AC, which was good. I got right in and I didn't have to wait so it worked out well. When my daughter was still alive, she did the claims online but I can't do that stuff.My claim was handled very well. I noticed my front porch light wasn't working, and that was weird. I changed the light bulb and it worked but two days later, it went out. The fuse kept blowing in the house. I stopped using an outlet behind my TV and had to run an extension cord to a completely different outlet. Some other outlets wired on that circuit were giving us problems. I did a claim online with American Home Shield and it was really easy. It seemed like a quick service. WesTech Plumbing came out and their tech was really good. He was thorough and he fixed the problem. He was also nice and very clean. It was awesome and I was very impressed.
I have to protect my house from different things breaking so I got AHS. Recently, Prestige Plumbing Services came out pretty quick and fixed my sink that was leaking. It was a part that got changed. Prestige is amazing because originally, the first 2 guys that came out there said, “Oh, you have to do this. You have to break the granite and it’s gonna be expensive.”

Good experience - booked appointment within 48 hours - tech was on time and very professional - he asked what the a/c system was doing and he knew right away what the problem was - he fixed it within minutes and explained everything he did in terms that I understood
My AC claim went good and the girl there that helped me was the best AC person I ever talked to over the phone. Doing something over the weekend was an upgrade, which I would have had to pay, so I waited till the next Tuesday and Grady's Air Conditioning & Heating Services got out quick. Smokey's Garage Door came out and replaced one of the springs on the door. I have done the claim with American Home Shield online, so it worked out pretty good. Everything went pretty good.
I filed a claim recently and the techs were able to fix the issue. I was pleased with the techs and I was satisfied with the way they handled it. The only thing I don't understand though is why AHS doesn't cover freezers. But if we call, they answer like they've been doing this and I don't have any problems with it.
