Awesome! I've been dealing with Ahs for a minute and I haven't had a problem with them yet. Only the time when the storm ida hit it was hard getting my part into New Orleans, but other than that they are great

Had a problem with my washing machine. I received a quick response and my washer was fixed.

I enjoy the convenience of being able to request a service and it get scheduled quickly. Communication hasn't been very fast or clear, however, especially when trying to talk to call staff who clearly aren't native English speakers.
We got our refrigerator repaired well - but - we are still waiting on our hot water heater
while the water tank is replaced in reasonable time. They replaced it with a low quality product that does not heat up as hot as the previous unit.
