AHS, is an excellent home warranty company. The claim process was very straightforward and easy. My local repair company contacted me the day after filling claim and then came out the following day.
They respond quickly to service requests.
Haven’t had to use the warranty often but when I did I Have always been happy with the level of professionalism.

Had no issues until my A/C stopped working. For the prior week, temps were in the 90's and forecasted to stay the same. It was acceptable to them that I had to wait 7 days for an "approved" technician. Although I have been with them for over 15 years, I cancelled my renewal and purchased a contract with a company that allows me to choose ANY licensed and insured A/C company.
