Always took care of my problems,I had problems with several appliances some repaired some replace.American home sheild theywill always get someone immediately and in come cases,if a technician isn't available they give the options to get it repaired and they reimbursement

I have been an American Home Shield customer for 16+ years. They have covered me on 2 homes, and the peace of mind I have comes from the timely service, rain or shine (sometimes snow), of their contracted service technicians. The repair/replacement coverage has been very generous, too. I’ve had appliances repaired and replaced, a central heat/air conditioner replaced, and several service calls for electrical and plumbing.
