Contacted AHS regarding my non-functioning ice-maker. They connected me with an appliance repair company. The repairman showed up on time and fixed the problem promptly. He was cordial, knowledgeable, and very professional.

If they covered my above ground 24' diameter pool & above ground hot tub as well as, not waiting till something breaks COMPLETELY down before replacing it. Even if you raise the premium. I would have paid. Then I would give 5 stars. Otherwise, be content with 4. Just my 2 cents.
I had this company from December 2017 until February 2020. They were very prompt with sending out techs to repair and took he clients best interest into consideration. During my time with them, I only had 1 major problem where they sent my repair check in another customers name and my statements to that customer.

I wanted to place service request to repair 2 ceiling fans in my house. I was told by the contractor that I had to call AHS to include additional fans. I called AHS and was put on hold for almost 2 hours just to let AHS know that I had an additional fan also to be added to the service call. The rep took care of this however it is frustrating to have to wait for that long just to talk to a rep for such a small thing.
They finally sent someone that knew what he was doing.
