AHS provides responses to service requests. Although on the pricey end (premium +copays) it's dependable
I called American Home Shield for a claim and went through their automatic prompt system. Their system works and it said that Neighborhood Plumber & Rooter would be calling me. The tech who came provided excellent service for my toilet. So far, the toilet has been fine.
Georgia Boy Electric came. Because of the virus everything was a little behind. The tech couldn’t tell what the issue was because my stove was so old. I had to have it replaced. It didn’t take long once we got it settled. I paid more than what they gave me for the stove, but the stove was old. I just wasn’t happy that it wasn’t at 36-inch. I have been extremely happy with American Home Shield and their professionalism. All issues I've had gone wrong in my home have been fixed and in a timely manner. Customer service listens and does their best to help mitigate and remedy the problem before it gets worse. I've had tough questions about how and what appliances are covered with quick and confident answers. I suggest anyone looking for a reasonable and honest insurance company, to chose American Home Shield as the protector of your Home appliances.
American Home Shield quickly assigned us a contractor. The contractor reviews were a little shaky, but after speaking directly with contractor I felt more comfortable. The contractor did an excellent job repairing our A/C and were very efficient. Thank you American home shield.
I did a claim to American Home Shield on our AC unit. Somebody called me right away within the day. The unit's already fixed. RR HVAC came out and they’re very good. They were on time and professional. I am happy with them.
I went online, did the service call and American Home Shield arranged the rest. The website was easy to use and I was given a 24 hour timeframe. When Appliance Home Solutions came out, they repaired the icemaker on our fridge. The previous time that we had put in a claim for it, they didn’t do the correct water valve, so it was blocking the icemaker from producing ice and they had to replace it. My gate motor went out and the door was not opening. I opened a claim with Home Shield and Cactus Garage Doors came out. He was very professional and courteous. He even gave me all kinds of recommendations. He told me, “You could do it now, or I could probably come back out in two weeks.” I would highly recommend him. It was great.
I submitted a claim through AHS's portal when my dryer wasn't drying. The contractor who came was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I was very happy with AHS.
