Greenway did a great job. The guy who came out was an experienced person. He came on time like the way he told me. He called me and told me he was on the way and he'd be here in 10 minutes. The AC was not cooling properly. He worked on it and it's working now. I did the claim to American Home Shield over the phone. I spoke to a very nice person. I've got AHS since 2016. Totally satisfied with AHS. After another service provider didn't resolve the problem, AHS sent another technician (from a different service provider) upon my complaint. I can't blame AHS for the poor work of the first tech dispatched, but AHS stayed involved and dispatched a REAL Electrician. ******************* also deserves 5 stars for their EXCELLENT service.
We had a friend who used AHS and they recommended them. They’ve been good to us. We've lived here almost six years and it's been very beneficial to us. Now, being a widow, I intend to keep them because it's all the help I can get. When we had a problem with the pilot going out, I called American Home Shield and then the Watters' people called within the hour to make pointers to come out. There was a couple of GFCI outlets in our house that were not receiving power. The Aim High Electric technician came out, took a look at a few things and ended up finding that one of the outlets in the master bathroom wasn’t connected properly. It was arching so that ended up being the issue. He had to replace the GFCI outlet in the half bath in the main area of the home because it was exerting too much power and ended up blowing itself out.We've only been in the house for two months and that was the first claim that I submi... read more
The drain on my AC was clogged up and Dawson Services came out. When I call American Home Shield, I don't have a problem with getting someone out. Whoever they assign to me always gets in contact to come in and solve the problem that I have, and I've been with American Home Shield for a long time, about 10 years or more.
There was too much stuff that was put in the disposal that shouldn’t be put in and then it was clogged. We called the Home Shield and paid the $75. Then the guy from City Plumbing came and did a good job. He was a very nice and professional gentleman. He sat down and took care of it. We thanked him and then he left. We’ve been very happy about that. We've had Home Shield for about a year. And they sent us a notice that it was gonna be the end of this month and we had to renew. A friend recommended American Home Shield to me. That friend has had no problems with them. Plus, based on word-of-mouth, the service AHS provides is good. I went with them and so far, I've been pleased with the service. Each time we call, AHS would respond to the issues and complaints I have. Most recently, their contractor All Appliance Parts came for my appliance issues. The tech did a great job. He fixed my stove with no problem. They had to replace my microwave so I bought one and AHS reimbursed me for that purchase. I ... read more
I recently had troubles with my air conditioner and stoppage at my kitchen sink. Knowing I had American Home Shield was very comforting. As a single mom, I have enough on my plate, it's nice to be able to call American Home Shield. They send somebody out and I don't have to stress over anything, American Home Shield does that for me! So glad that I invested!
I looked in the oven and there were flames, so I turned it off. The coil at the bottom caught on fire and it ate the coil in half. It was late and when I did the claim online, I said that the oven wasn't working and then I put on there that it had caught on fire. Wright Appliance Service & Repair made an appointment, and they came out, just like it normally is.
