They've always fixed what needed to be fixed that was on their warranty.
Good service band very friendly .The only thing I would recommend is when something breaks on the weekend you have to wait until the following week

I have been a customer of American Home Shield for at least 10 years and have been totally pleased with their service, service request process, and coverage. They have provided outstanding customer service throughout this time and I have never had any problems with coverage for any of my appliances, pool pumps, or plumbing. They have even replaced all my 25 year old kitchen appliances because replacement parts are no longer available.
