Easy to work with. Most of the vendors are prodfessional and courteous.
VERY RESPONSIVE. We had our refrigerator fail and A/C fail on the same day. I filed two separate claims with AMS and their responsiveness to providing us with contacts for competent service techicians on the same day was outstanding. We are back up and running. Thank you AMS.

Still working out some kinksclosing out our contract (as it is a process).
