I needed a repair and they acted on getting it fixed within days. They referred me to the purchase department and within a day or two they found me a replacement for my oven and hopefully within the same month of break down my new oven will be delivered. The only thing I might fault is it takes at least 21 days to get your reimbursement check. Some insurance co. Deposit it in your Bank account.

Their fees keep getting higher. The response time is getting longer and they keep losing good contractors. 1st trip fixes are non-existent.
It saves me money every year since 2003.
