Good service but sometimes hard to reach
Would like to talk to a live person not a machine
I pay alot monthly to cover many areas, but it seems like when I need a repair, it's not covered.
The 1st contractor sent out did't check for a leak, so I lost $200.00 worth of coolant and had to purchase more 3 month later. Leak was fixed by 2nd contractor, after I have spent $610.00.
